A key element to ensuring its growth was finding a system which could streamline Jalios’s business functions. Having tested three systems the team at Jalios chose Keyedin Projects. “Keyedin Projects gave a really good demonstration and the system was a success from the start,” said Jalios Professional Services Director Xavier Masia.

“We found the system easy to use and not too complicated,” said Xavier.
“We have had excellent support from KeyedIn and its tech team, especially during the first three to four months as the system bedded in.
“The system worked well for us as we were able to start slowly using only a few of the functions initially and gradually transferring more when we are ready. It is vitally important to have a system which will grow with the company, we currently have a staff of 40 but expect that to increase in the near future, and a key part of this system is that it can accommodate that change.”
As well as streamlining business practices, Xavier said implementing KeyedIn’s system had helped make Jalios more competitive in the market place. “We have found the monthly time and capability graph invaluable for helping shape strategic decisions and the resource plan, along with the billing function, has helped make our business processes more effective. Last year we were able to implement an analytics portal which means our company president can log on wherever he is and access a quick, easy-to-read overview of our performance.”
