The implementation of KeyedIn Projects was for both Alliance Healthcare Divisional IT and country based IT teams. For Divisional IT, the ability to accurately capture internal project information is essential, as small divisional teams of resources are deployed on projects across Europe; these include UK, France, and the Netherlands. All project information was being managed in a series of fragmented paper-based systems and spreadsheets across Pharmaceutical and healthcare leader solves project control and health problems at division and country level. Users: 640 Applications: PSA and PPM. various sites which covered project recharging, invoicing and reporting. The solution needed to effectively capture all employee time incurred working on projects, this was particularly important for accurate project costing and internal cross charging purposes.

Above all, Alliance Healthcare needed a flexible system that provided a central place for the sharing of all project related information such as budgets, risks, and issue management. This was achieved by rolling out KeyedInTM Projects Professional Services Automation (PSA) together with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) functionality.
